Our History

Beginnings

In 1997, after a lifetime of farming, our founder and owner Alan Cheney decided it was time not only to plant crops, but to insure them as well.  With his many years of experience in the field, Alan has a unique understanding of the various issues farmers face every season.  Whether it's excessive heat or rain, poor market pricing or low yields, we have the expertise to help you try and protect your fields.

Currently

We work daily to insure our growers have peace of mind when it comes to their crops.  From checking in after a hailstorm to inquiring about heavy winds, Premium Lines does our due diligence to stay on top of all potential perils so that any losses that may have occurred have the chance to be covered.  We don't get to write the checks, but we do help you in your hour of need to try and get one in your hands.
